Design @ Bosch
In my role as a UX Specialist, I developed the designs of new measuring tools built for North American customers. I did this through an iterative, user-centered approach that helped change the perception of Bosch's product line.

I led international teams in UX workshops, interviewed 50+ professional construction workers, sketched hundreds of concepts, built and tested prototypes, and refined 3D designs in collaboration with an international team of designers and engineers.

Design
I was responsible for leading the design process, facilitating UX workshops, user research, and creating 2D + 3D designs.
Our Process:
1. Understand the Context of Use → 2. Synthesize into Requirements → 3. Design Exploration → 4. Concept Testing → 5. Design Refinement
1. Understand the Context of Use

I interviewed construction workers on site to observe and hear about their experiences using the tool.
2. Synthesize into Requirements
I led workshops with engineering, marketing, and design to synthesize the raw qualitative data into findings and design requirements.
Preferred methods of analysis:
- Affinity mapping
- Continuum mapping (2x2)
- Frequency mapping
